My donation was unsuccessful

I tried to donate via the website but the donation was not processed/technical issues/errors

We're sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with your online donation. This could be because:

  • The card you are using is not accepted by Muslim Hands. Please try another card (any card that has a card number and security code should work).
  • There was a technical issue at the time of your donation which did not allow the transaction to process. You may have encountered codes 101 or 102, where the issue may be linked to your bank's authorisation. Please check your bank statement and email to confirm if the donation did or did not go through. It is recommended to wait a few hours before donating again. If you are unsure if you were transacted or not, please send us an email to mail@muslimhands.org.uk and we can check for you in sha Allah.
To attempt another donation, please try to:
1. Clear your cache & cookies.
2. Use a different browser (e.g. Chrome/Firefox/Internet Explorer/Safari) and device (e.g. Mobile/Laptop/PC).

  • If you continue to face difficulties, please call us on 0115 911 7222 and we will process the donation over the phone. Our office hours are between 09:00 AM - 20:00 PM Mondays to Fridays and 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM on Saturdays. If you would like to schedule a call, please provide a contact number and the most convenient time for a call.
