Under Charity Commission (UK) rules, Muslim Hands is not able to refund donations unless the donation has been made in error - such as selecting the wrong option on the online giving platform, or an administration error has occurred during processing - such as an incorrect/duplicate amount has been deducted by Muslim Hands.
