Yes, it is permissible, as long as you have done the following:

- Donated your own Qurbani on behalf of yourself.
- Made sure that the person you would like to sacrifice on behalf is completely unable to provide on behalf of themselves. If it a deceased person, you can sacrifice a Qurbani.

The Prophet (saw) would even give an extra Qurbani on behalf of his Ummah.
