If you haven't received your certificate via post, please allow 5-7 full working days before notifying us. If you still haven't received the certificate after this time period, it is likely the certificate was lost in transit. Please send us an email confirming your full address and which card(s) you have not received by mentioning the recipient's name, where we can then take action in sha Allah.
